RUMOURS OF WAR

I.W.A-project / Rumours of War / Digital art / 2020

This artwork does not represent war, thou the word is found in the name. This just shows the ways of rumours and misconceptions. The storyline behind this artwork is transformation and there are many elements which carry the energy of impact.

Lamb's skull that have been striked
Bullet and cones
Piece of concrete from bombed houses, Syria
Target-plate WW1
Meteorite Impact-stone

Yes, there can be seen destruction, but the impact-stone for example can tell another story.

78 million years ago a meteorite hit earth, where now is Lappajärvi in Finland, and created Europe's largest meteor-lake. This stone found in this artwork is formed by this collision from both the meteorite and from the bedrock found here in Finland. Thus thou the impact was massive, something new and unique was born.

Life makes no mistakes.

Don't accept just rumours, search for the Truth
